Aerobic and Step Coreography
A Mix of methodology, progression, intensity. For who wants to move and think that hi-lo can still be an effective cardio workout. In that class instructors will find symmetrical and asymmetrical finished products, first taught with the best progressions.

LAG 3X20
Legs, abs and gluteus in the most effective cardio workout format. Last studies show how EPOC zone becomes more active after 2 segments of cardio+tone. Beause of this, session is divided in 3 parts ending with a special aerobic workout that makes people in condition of inhance their own metabolism. The "recette" to remember: 20 minutes of intense cardio workout, even anaerobic! then 20 minutes of muscle condition... sooooo, 20 minutes of medium cardioworkout for enhancing metabolic rate!!! Ready to use, ready to change.  Total Body Workout advanced:Functional approach with step and hand weights. Targetting balance and CORE Stabilization, this session has a traditional structure that let people well train their aerobic condition then better phocus on muscular workout. In alternative also PNF exercises are mixed in between the different sequences that compose the class.

Total Body Floorwork
Slow but intense, with lot of alternatives concerning tone floorwork. You will learn integrated exercises that can be added or mixed to your usual sessions at your gym. You will find very interesting ideas that being develop can definitevily change your way to design exercises.  

Power Stretch
Has many different classes formats and can be oriented to Stretch, Stretch and Strength, Stretch and Balance, etc. Classes for flexibility combine more than 5 different training methods on the same session, and are specially designed for the end of a convention day. So help to recuperate and release after one hard day of working.

Hi-low dance
House and latino music and stylish dance moves. Student feels the rythm in an easy way of dancing. Progressions have been study to let people be free, interpreting the presenter skills. The main important goal is dance on the step, have fun and let energy grow up to the highest levels of satisfaction.

Dynamic postural training
A targeted training to improve postural tone in a dynamic key.
Work on the kinetic chains and muscles of the pelvis.
Very important to restore a balance of body and very functional.
